Hi! I’m Victoria and I want you to know that I’m on a secret mission here at My [ ] Rocks…. but first, I need you to agree to a verbal NDA, alright? Okay, good. Let me tell you more.
My mission is to help high achievers run their businesses so that they can scale their operations and become more profitable.
What the blankety-blank does that even mean?
Translation: you and I join forces and create our very own #getshitdone club. (Branded club merch is entirely optional. I’ll leave that up to you.)
At the beginning, we’ll have a proper grown-up conversation (bring coffee!) about where you are in your business now and what your goals are over the coming years. Together, we’ll map that out into action steps so we can start making those shifts happen straight away.
Quite often, we’ll agree we need to bring other experts into the team (think: graphic designers, technical VAs, copywriters) on an adhoc/freelance basis, and I’ll lead that hiring and project management process (I <3 Gantt charts).
Think: The right people in the right roles doing the right things. Right?
With over two decades of experience under my metaphorical belt, I moved from the Midlands, to Melbourne (g-day, mate), down to London and then back to Nottingham, all to gain some ruddy AMAZING life experience (and bea-u-tiful photos) in high-profile support roles.
My overachieving thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm for work has meant I’ve learned random stuff – from how to set up an electric fence without getting electrocuted, all the way through to the ins and outs of hedge fund administration. Every day’s a school day!
My love of travel (China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, America, plus a tonne of places in Europe) combined with multi-cultural work environments means I have all sorts of cultural appreciations and pick up on those subtle nuances between communication styles and preferences.
There’s no half-assing going on here, you know.
Making the switch from employee to employer was always going to be on the cards.
It was just a case of timing.
My [VA] Rocks was launched in 2016 and continues to support established businesses who need a wing-woman behind the scenes (we can say that because we don’t have any men on the team… yet!).
Our clients are already established and hugely successful, and yet they know they’re not realising their true potential. They’re hungry for more.
Together, with the right team doing the right things with the right systems (yes, we help with ALL of that juicy stuff), our clients do more of the stuff they enjoy and make more money at the same time.
